Every great kitchen begins with listening.
During Discovery, our team takes the time to understand how you live, what inspires you, and what challenges your current space presents. We’ll ask about your style, your appliances, and the way your family uses the kitchen day to day.

Our Discovery Team has spent decades refining this first step. They know how to spot potential layout challenges, guide you through appliance selections, and identify opportunities to make your kitchen more functional. The goal is simple—to gather the right information so your project starts strong and stays on track.
What to Expect
When you first reach out, you’ll speak with a member of our Discovery Team. They’ll:
Collect basic project details – photos, rough measurements, and inspiration images.
Schedule your Discovery Call or showroom visit – at a time that fits your schedule.
Ask clarifying questions about timing, appliances, and whether you already have a contractor.
Pair you with the right Client Manager based on your goals, design style, and cabinetry level (stock, semi-custom, or custom).
This conversation is relaxed and informative. You can ask anything—about construction methods, timeline, or pricing.

Why Discovery Matters
Most kitchen frustrations happen when details are missed early. The Discovery step eliminates that risk. By investing time up front, our kitchen experts help you:
Define your goals and priorities.
Avoid design or budget surprises later.
Build a clear foundation for accurate pricing and planning.
This is where we establish the partnership that carries through the rest of your project.
