During Discovery, our team gathers key details—layout, timing, and appliance preferences—so we can match you with the right Client Manager. Together, we explore ideas, answer early questions, and make sure you feel confident moving forward.
2. Budget
Next, we create transparent budget options tailored to your project. You’ll see clear comparisons across stock, semi-custom, and custom cabinetry, so you can decide what fits your style and investment best. Our goal isn’t just to provide numbers—it’s to help you understand the value behind each choice, so you can make informed decisions with no surprises later.
3. Plan
This is where your vision takes shape. In the Plan stage, your Client Manager refines the layout, confirms finishes and accessories, and coordinates with your contractor to ensure everything fits seamlessly.
Design is a key part of this step—but our focus is creating smart, buildable cabinetry solutions that make your kitchen both beautiful and functional.
4. Order
Once your plan is finalized, our team double-checks every measurement, detail, and material choice before placing your order. We work closely with our trusted suppliers—or our in-house shop for custom cabinetry—to ensure accuracy and quality. During this time, your contractor can complete prep work while we keep you updated on progress and lead times.
5. Install
This is where your new kitchen comes to life. Our professional installers handle delivery and installation with precision and care, coordinating around your project timeline. Your Scheduling Coordinator keeps communication clear so you always know what to expect. Once cabinets are in place, we’ll address any punch-list items quickly to ensure your space is perfect.
6. Follow Up
Even after installation, your partnership with Dean Cabinetry continues. Our Follow Up Team reaches out to make sure everything is just right—and to celebrate your finished kitchen! With your permission, we may photograph your project to inspire future clients and share your story. We’re always here for adjustments or touch-ups, because we want your cabinetry to look beautiful for years to come.
