This magnificent, John Dean Custom, slate gray and navy, full overlay kitchen is superb! Their contractor, Jason Levesque owner of JEL Build did an outstanding job with their new kitchen renovation project. Their contrasting navy blue island and hood, adds a handsome sophistication that beautifully counterbalances their gray cabinetry. The simple, yet contemporary subway tile design with a bold navy stripe, creates a lovely visual. Universal Tile suggested adding this detail feature and the clients absolutely adore it! We love it also as it accentuates their gorgeous hood, and Thermador gas range. It only makes good sense to add the pot filler, from Plimpton and Hills. They brought the ‘softer side’ into this stunning kitchen by adding a large, deep farm sink by Plimpton and Hills and beautiful light fixtures by Simon Pearce, which were a splurge…but worth every penny! They have plenty of room to entertain their family and friends at their large island. It offers ample seating and storage, along with a drawer microwave by Miele. Those incredible white quartz countertops are by Hartford Granite and they are the perfect choice with their new cabinetry. These crafty clients wasted no space in their new kitchen, they found a nice spot for their wet bar, with glass doors to show off their glassware. We helped them create more storage space by wrapping shallow cabinets around the corner, into the nook area. This also makes a perfect serving buffet! So, with all the holiday gatherings coming up soon, it’s only fitting that they chose a Viking counter depth refrigerator, which is seamlessly built-into their old pantry space….just brilliant!! We give this kitchen an A++.
