When Dean Cabinetry places your cabinet order, we will have an approximate date as to when we will receive your cabinets.
If we are ordering your cabinets from one of our manufacturers, your cabinets will be received at our shop. The receiving date is an estimated date as to when we should receive your cabinets.
The timeframe for us to receive your cabinets varies, depending on the cabinet line:
The installation will be scheduled once your cabinets have been delivered. It is essential to coordinate with the delivery and installation team quickly, to ensure you’re scheduled on our calendar. Any delays could push your dates out further, due to our calendar slots filling up quickly.
Your install manager will reach out to you to schedule a date and time for delivery and installation.
If Dean Cabinetry is installing your cabinets, we will schedule delivery on a Thursday, between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm or Friday, between the hours of 9:00am-12:00pm.
If you are a “delivery only” service, meaning we are not installing your cabinets; we will schedule your delivery Monday-Wednesday, between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm.
We schedule installation Monday-Wednesday, between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm.
We will give you a timeframe for both delivery and installation, in case our technicians are running late from a prior appointment.
Sometimes delays occur that are out of our control. When a manufacturer alerts us of any delays receiving your cabinets, we will let you know as soon as possible. We do our best to meet our clients’ timelines to coordinate delivery.
